Sexual Confidence Meditation for Performance Anxiety
Do you struggle with sexual performance anxiety? Are you a man who has the desire for intimacy, but can’t seem to make it over the finish line?
If the answer is yes, you aren’t alone. While the numbers aren’t exact, there have been estimates to suggest that around 50% of men over 40 experience some form of erectile dysfunction, also known as “ED”.
If this describes your situation, it is critical that you make an appointment with your physician to rule out medical causes. Some of the more common reasons men develop ED include:
- Cardiovascular disease
- Vascular disorders
- Alcohol abuse and dependence
- Hormonal problems
There may be other physiological causes not mentioned above. For a more comprehensive list, see this page from WebMD.
With that said, some men struggle with ED and sexual performance anxiety because of anxiety and stress. To complicate matters, a fear of not being able to perform can feed off itself. Perhaps you can relate?
It is for this reason that I created the embedded recording, designed to help calm and relax.
